Role Description:
As a Practice Advisor (Sales) at PEAKE, you play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base by providing expert guidance and solutions to clients in your assigned practice area. You leverage your deep industry knowledge and sales expertise to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and position our products and services as the optimal solution to address their challenges and achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of prospects, including industry trends, challenges, and best practices, to position PEAKE as a trusted advisor to clients.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all sales-related inquiries and engagements.
Conduct needs assessments and requirements gathering sessions with prospects to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and identify opportunities for our products and services to add value.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and position tailored solutions that address client needs and align with their business objectives.
Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Manage sales pipeline and opportunities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and advancing opportunities through the sales process to closure.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the value proposition of our products and services and addressing client questions and objections effectively.
Lead negotiations with clients, including pricing, terms, and contract negotiations, to secure new business and achieve revenue targets.
Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs in your assigned practice area, providing insights and recommendations to internal teams to inform service development, marketing, and sales strategies.
Communicate sales strategy, pipeline status, and client feedback to executive leadership, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing updates and insights to inform decision-making and drive alignment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred.
Experience in sales roles, with a track record of achieving revenue targets and building relationships with clients.
Deep industry knowledge and expertise in your assigned practice area, with a strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and articulate value propositions effectively.
Strong negotiation and sales closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure commitments from clients.
Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and plans, including prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
Experience in delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value proposition of products and services.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools, with the ability to track and manage sales pipeline and opportunities effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data and client feedback to inform sales strategies and decisions.
