Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your technical skills to assess, design, implement, and optimize IT solutions for clients, spanning a variety of technologies, including Meraki, Windows, Azure, Networking, Backup solutions, VOIP, MDM, and Ubiquiti
  • Collaborate closely with clients, demonstrating trustworthiness and a supportive attitude to understand their unique business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Lead project lifecycles, showcasing your project management skills and initiative. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Apply your problem-solving ability and attention to detail to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring clarity and transparency for clients and internal teams. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to provide forward-thinking solutions reflecting your commitment to a growth mindset.
  • Travel to client sites throughout the continental United States.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA Network+.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar technical role within an MSP or IT services environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge across a spectrum of technologies, including virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud), VoIP platforms (Netsapiens), MDM technologies, networking technologies (Ubiquiti, Meraki), backup solutions, and more. 
  • Project management experience managing multiple projects concurrently. 
  • Familiarity with healthcare-specific applications and systems (e.g., EHR, EMR, PACS, RIS) is a plus.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud)
